Our memberships come with a 14-day free trial and then it transitions to a $57.00 per month tuition fee until cancelled.

Upon signing up for the 14-day free trial you are sent an email in which there is a link you can click that brings you to the site on which you can set up your username and password. Should you know the email with which you used on our site please click here to reset your password. Our refund policy for products is as follows: we will refund products up to sixty days after purchase. To begin this process please fill out the form on the right-hand side of the page asking for a product refund. Prior to issuing the refund, the support team will provide you with instructions on returning your product. Once we have received your returned product a full refund will be issued. We do not reimburse return shipping costs.
Our refund policy for subscriptions is as follows: we will refund up to sixty days of subscription program payments—that’s two payments—no questions asked. Please bear in mind that we cannot refund more than sixty days of subscription payments for the same subscription program.
If for any reason you wish to cancel one of your subscription programs, please fill out the “Submit a Support Ticket” form on the right-hand side of the page asking for a cancellation. If you request a cancellation through email, a customer support agent will email you back with the information regarding your successful cancellation, and confirm that no further charges will be processed from our company.
Technical
Streaming video is a function of your Internet Service Provider. If the video has begun loading and is slow or choppy, you will need to seek a faster connection, or pause the video while it loads. If you’re having further issues, fill out the form on the right-hand side of the page and we will send you a new download link to your preferred email address.
If you purchased a digital product, the download link will be in an email sent to the email address you used to purchase the product. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder and see if your email service is marking nationalselfrelianceinitiative.com as spam. If you still can’t find the email, please fill out the form on the right-hand side of the page and we will send you the download link to your preferred email address.
